It’s time to open your personal archive!
The next Elfstedentocht is still eagerly awaited, but who knows, De Tocht might happen this winter! In the meantime, we’d like to invite you, as a member, to open your personal archive.
We are looking for photos, videos, and stories from previous Elfstedentocht editions that carry a personal story. Perhaps you have fond memories yourself or know friends, family, or acquaintances with special experiences they are willing to share. If so, we eagerly look forward to receiving your submissions!
On our new website, we will publish the stories from our members, including the name of the contributor, to showcase how much the Elfstedentocht means to our community and to honour this special tradition.
Submitting your story, photos, and videos is simple. Click the button “I want to submit my skating story” below and fill out the form.
Your submission will be reviewed by us before it is used. We reserve the right to edit your submission for spelling and grammar and/or to make content adjustments where necessary.
