"Medal displayed in the living room"

membership cards date from 1965 to 1972, but due to a move and forgetting to update my address, I was no longer a member. In 1986, thanks to my old membership cards, I secured a starting permit but had to stop in Bolsward due to a tendon injury. In 1997, I was lucky enough to be selected to start the race of all races and regained my status as an active member. Now, 37 years later, the medal proudly holds the most prominent spot in my living room.
